Limited Warranty
Effective Date: May, 2025


Applies To: StrideTech Go units, including hardware sensors attached to walkers, and
associated software (mobile applications, monitoring services, and web platform).

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

a. Stride Tech Medical, Inc. warrants that the StrideTech Go unit and its accompanying software and hardware components (collectively, the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase by the end user (the “Warranty Period”).

b. This limited warranty is only valid for Products purchased directly from
StrideTech or from an authorized distributor or dealer.

2. WHAT IS COVERED

a. During the Warranty Period, if a Product proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, StrideTech will, at its sole discretion:

i. Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;
ii. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished equivalent; or
iii. Refund the original purchase price.
iv. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

a. This Limited Warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts (e.g., batteries);

b. Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, negligence, or failure to
follow operating instructions;

c. Modifications or repairs performed by anyone not authorized by
StrideTech;

d. Damage due to natural disasters or environmental conditions such as fire,
flood, or humidity;

e. Software or application issues caused by third-party devices or services;

f. Issues arising from use of the Product outside the United States unless
otherwise agreed in writing.

4. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

a. To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact StrideTech Support at support@stridetech.com or call [Insert Phone Number]. Proof of purchase and a description of the issue will be required.

b. StrideTech may require you to return the defective Product.

i. If return is required, shipping instructions and a return authorization number will be provided.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

i. This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy against StrideTech;
ii. StrideTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, business, or profits arising out of or in connection with this warranty or the use of the Product.b. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not
apply to you.

6. NO OTHER WARRANTIES

a. No StrideTech reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term of this warranty is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration held in Boulder County, Colorado, unless waived by law. In the event of any legal action or arbitration proceeding between the parties arising out of or related to these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the other party, in addition to any other relief to which it may be entitled.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising out of or related to this warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
